The pasta is rigorously home-made as Romagnole custom dictates, meat and seafood specialities are always included in the daily menu. The recipes, often new and exclusive, nonetheless recall the emotions and the genuineness of local tradition.

Home-made jam tarts, cakes and biscuits to start off your day, seasonal vegetables from our own garden, olive oil of our own produce for the delight of the most refined palates.
